We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that gift vouchers and custom arrangements or bouquets cannot be returned. Additionally, the we receive the item in its original condition. If the item is faulty or broken, we will meet our legal obligations by refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product if returned within a reasonable time. However, please note that Fairfarren Flowers will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products during return shipping. To ensure that your item is adequately protected, we recommend using registered and insured mail (for the full amount).
